How do I cancel my order ?
- Customer can submit a Cancellation Request any time prior to its delivery.
- Just make a Direct phone call/message to cancel your order.
- All of the plans listed on website are Not Refundable.
- Customers (Education Center Client) can contact Srym Typesetting Services directly to know the status of order or request fulfillment 24×7 by a single Email/Calls/message.
- We will take your cancellation request and if it is eligible for Refund we may refund your advance (if any) immediately. As we really want to assist you in your business we will not wish to charge and amount (Advance if any) will be refunded to you.
How long will it take to process a cancellation request ?
“Once we receive a cancellation request, we will immediately take action and cancel the order. Customer will get notification of cancellation by Email / Message or on same Call.”
Why did Srym Typesetting Services cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled due to any of the below reasons:
- Customer’s Cancellation Request.
- Technical issues related to pricing information.
- Payment problem identified while Advance Payment (if any).
- Non-availability of the service (if any changes made in category of services which has already informed by suitable medium). Note: We will contact you if all or a part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
How will I know that my order is cancelled?
You shall receive an SMS/DirectCall/e-mail once the order is cancelled. You can also check the Cancellation status by contacting us . Usually, it takes up to 1 day to process the cancellation
I want to return a faulty/damaged product, how do I proceed?
Please follow the below-mentioned steps:
As all of the plans serves Digital Product (PDF / Word Doc) so these are not returnable. But we offer One Time Free of Cost Correction. Please check plan details carefully before processing your order. As per privacy policy we delete all Soft Copies from our records after receipt of successful payment against our Srym Typesetting Services Invoice. It is your duty to arrange a complete proof reading work by subject experts.
- Take a print our and mark all the errors and email us the images(screenshots) with soft copy (Document).
- Explain the exact detail of the errors that you observed in project.
- As you already know Payment Term is ex-delivery and sufficient time was already offered for proof reading the complaint and the images should be sent to us. Failing to do so, we will not be able to serve the claim for you.
- Once the product (Error highlighted pdf) reaches us, we will start the required process requested by the customer.
When are returns not possible?
As all of the service plans fulfill Digital products so these are clearly not returnable.
How will I get a refund for the order ?
- Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund.
- Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details. After completing the cancellation process money will be transferred back to the source of transaction, while we process the refund immediately and notify your bank, it usually takes up to 7-10 business days for your bank to process the refund and the same to reflect in your account. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post refund from Srym Typesetting Services.
I’ve still not received the refund in my bank account. Why?
If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same. Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
